Shipment Tracking
Shipment tracking is only provided if beads are shipped using a
courier company. We use Australia Post for all our shipment and thus are
unable to provide tracking in most cases. Tracking information is
automatically available for order above $50 in value or for orders where
registered mail (cost $2.50) is requested.
Shipping Charges
Currently postage to your country will be calculated automatically during the check out process. If you have a small order and postage seems high, then please contact us and
we will send you alternative options. Overseas orders will be charged
differently and to find out the postage charges for all countries from
Australia, please visit the
Australian Post site.
Placing an Order
Once you have been through the process of choosing your item
and adding it to your shopping cart, you will be given a number of payment
options.
Late/Lost deliveries
If your order fails to arrive within the expected time, please
contact us and we will try our
best to determine the exact nature of the problem and give you a straight
answer. We are not responsible for late deliveries sent via regular post.
Customers are strongly encouraged to request express post or overnight service
(a small additional cost) if the items are required urgently.
Order over $50 value are sent via registered mail. We are fully responsible for
lost deliveries if they were sent via insured or registered mail and would
gladly replace all the items or send a replacement order. Customers are
encouraged to request registered mail (Cost $2.50) for orders less than $50 in
value as Melworks Beads will not be responsible for lost packages if customers
choose not to register their orders.
Returning Products
Our goal is to provide unparallel customer service and thus
provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our products. This guarantee extends
to the condition of the product i.e. all our items will be defect free. In the
unfortunate event of broken or damaged items, we shall fully reimburse or
replace the item at our expense. All other returned or unwanted items will be
accepted only if prior approval is granted. All defect free returned products
will incur a 15% restocking charge and sender will bear all costs associated
with returning the item.
